ALFRED™ Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ALFRED™, a financial decision intelligence platform owned and operated by Fintech Reimagined LLC. By accessing or using ALFRED, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ALFRED operates through the P3 Framework™ — a proprietary readiness methodology — and uses Readiness Intelligence™ to evaluate readiness signals and support progression through the framework. The output of this process is a Complete Verified File.

Nature of Service

ALFRED provides readiness guidance, verification workflows, and decision-support tools designed to help businesses understand and advance their capital readiness position before engaging with lenders, CDFIs, or other capital providers.

ALFRED operates upstream of the application process. The platform evaluates business readiness indicators, surfaces gaps and blockers, and provides actionable guidance through the P3 Framework™. The Complete Verified File is assembled only when a business reaches the Proceed state and the user approves submission.

• A lender, bank, or credit union
• A financing marketplace or loan origination system
• A credit bureau or credit reporting agency
• A legal, tax, or financial advisor
• An underwriting system or decisioning platform
• A guarantor of any financing outcome, approval, or capital placement

No Financing Guarantee

ALFRED does not guarantee, promise, or imply approval for any financing product, loan, line of credit, or capital instrument. Readiness state, readiness score, and the Complete Verified File are indicators of preparation — not commitments to funding.

ALFRED does not guarantee or control:

• Loan approval or denial decisions made by any lender or capital provider
• Financing terms, rates, or amounts offered by any institution
• The availability or suitability of any capital opportunity surfaced through the platform
• Business outcomes resulting from capital accessed through or after use of ALFRED

All financing decisions remain the exclusive authority of the relevant lender, CDFI, or capital provider.

User Responsibilities

By using ALFRED, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout your readiness journey
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify ALFRED promptly of any unauthorized access
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or circumvent any component of the P3 Framework™, Readiness Intelligence™, or ALFRED’s verification processes

ALFRED reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who provide false information or misuse the platform.

Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

ALFRED may offer connections to third-party data providers — including banking verification through Plaid, credit visibility through MyScoreIQ, and public records sources — to support the verification layer of the P3 Framework™.

When you authorize a third-party connection through ALFRED:

• You remain solely responsible for the permissions you grant
• ALFRED is not liable for the actions, data practices, or decisions of any third-party provider
• You agree to the terms and privacy policies of each connected service independently

Third-party connections are optional. You may use ALFRED without connecting external accounts, though certain verification steps may require them to advance your readiness state.

Intellectual Property

All ALFRED branding, platform architecture, methodologies, content, and systems — including but not limited to the P3 Framework™, Readiness Intelligence™, the Complete Verified File structure, and the ALFRED™ mark — are the exclusive property of Fintech Reimagined LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any component of the ALFRED platform, methodology, or intellectual property without prior written authorization from Fintech Reimagined LLC.

The term Upstream of the Application™ is a trademark of Fintech Reimagined LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fintech Reimagined LLC and ALFRED shall not be liable for:

• Lending or financing decisions made by any lender, CDFI, or capital provider
• Denial of any loan, credit line, or capital instrument
• Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform
• Inaccuracies in third-party data used in the verification process
• Outcomes resulting from the user’s reliance on readiness guidance, score, or state

Your use of ALFRED is at your own discretion. The platform is designed to support informed decision-making — not to replace the judgment of qualified legal, financial, or business advisors.

Termination and Modifications

Fintech Reimagined LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access for any user who violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in conduct that disrupts the integrity of the readiness process or other users’ experience.

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or operating structure. Continued use of ALFRED following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
