Data Authorization & Electronic Consent

This page explains how you authorize ALFRED™ to access, verify, and act on your information, and how you consent to receive communications and conduct business electronically with Fintech Reimagined LLC.

By connecting a third-party account, uploading a document, or proceeding through the P3 Framework™, you provide the specific authorizations described below.

What You Are Authorizing

When you connect a financial account, upload a document, or submit information through ALFRED, you authorize ALFRED to:

• Access and process the information you provide or connect, for the purpose of readiness evaluation and verification
• Extract relevant data points — such as account holder name, statement period, and deposit activity — to assess your Readiness State
• Cross-reference submitted information against the details you’ve provided elsewhere in your file, to identify inconsistencies that could affect your readiness
• Retain verified information as part of your Complete Verified File, once assembled

Third-Party Account Connections

ALFRED may offer the option to connect a business bank account through Plaid or a similar authorized provider, as an alternative to manually uploading bank statements or tax returns.

• Connecting an account is optional. You may complete verification through document upload instead
• The connection is read-only — ALFRED does not have the ability to move funds or initiate transactions on a connected account
• You may revoke a third-party connection at any time through your account settings or the provider’s own controls
• You remain solely responsible for the permissions you grant to any connected provider

Data Release to Lenders and CDFIs

Your authorized information is not released to a lender, CDFI, or capital provider automatically. Data release requires:

• Your file reaching the Proceed state under ALFRED’s Readiness State logic
• Your explicit approval to submit the Complete Verified File to a specific institution or opportunity

• Release your data to any lender, CDFI, or third party outside ALFRED’s defined integration framework
• Expose your identity to a lender before you choose to pursue a specific opportunity
• Use your information to generate leads outside the ALFRED platform

Consent to Electronic Communications and Records

By using ALFRED, you consent to receive communications — including readiness updates, verification requests, and account notices — electronically, through email or within the platform, rather than by paper mail.

You also consent to conduct business with Fintech Reimagined LLC electronically, including through electronic signatures, acceptances, and approvals, where applicable. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting ALFRED using the information below, though doing so may limit your ability to use certain platform features.

Your Right to Withdraw Authorization

You may withdraw a data authorization or disconnect a third-party account at any time. Withdrawing authorization may pause your progress through the P3 Framework™ until an alternative verification method is provided, but will not affect information already included in a Complete Verified File that has been submitted with your approval.

Changes to This Page

This Data Authorization & Electronic Consent page may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or operating structure. Continued use of ALFRED following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
