This page explains how to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by ALFRED™, operated by Fintech Reimagined LLC.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the information ALFRED holds about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Delete eligible information, subject to legal retention requirements
How to Submit a Request
Submit a request by emailing compliance@getalfredapp.com with:
- Your name
- The email address associated with your ALFRED account
- A description of your request
Verifying Your Identity
To protect your information, ALFRED may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. This may include confirming account details or information already on file.
What Happens Next
ALFRED will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
If additional information is needed to verify or complete your request, ALFRED may contact you using the email address associated with your account.
Limitations
Some information may be retained beyond a deletion request if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, support security requirements, or enforce agreements.
